Refillable atomizers are a beauty-adjacent product: the buyer is selling the bottle, not the scent. That matters in sourcing. You are buying glass or aluminum, a pump, and a valve, then deciding how much of that stack can carry a brand. The leak point is the valve, not the engraving. Factories that already make 5 ml travel sprays can change the color, the cap, and a laser logo. A new pump geometry is tooling. A serious brief names the fill volume, the material, and whether the unit must survive a cabin-pressure conversation you are willing to test. The price band is indicative for a common 5 ml aluminum or glass atomizer before a custom mold, fragrance, or retail display.

Customization and private label

Anodized color, laser logo, and a printed carton are common. A new pump is not a color change.
