Xinhua published a photo report on 2 November 2026 from the Dagang terminal of Shandong Port Qingdao Port, showing commercial vehicles being lifted for Africa-bound shipment and staff counting units before loading.
The report said that through 2026 Qingdao Port has continued to densify its sailing network and optimize layout toward emerging markets. It formed a commercial-vehicle export service team and supports vehicle dispatch, inspection and fine-grained yard management so commercial-vehicle exports move efficiently.
Qingdao Port has opened characteristic direct services covering Africa, Central and South America, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, giving China-made commercial vehicles more dedicated ocean options out of North China.
