What this product is

An FM transmitter is an automotive-adjacent electronic that lives or dies on the socket and the noise, not on the knob shape. The buyer is usually selling it to cars that have no Bluetooth. The factory question is the input voltage, the FM band you are allowed to use in the destination, and whether the USB port is a real charger or a decoration. Many plants already have this platform in black plastic with a small display. Private label is a logo, a faceplate color, and the carton. A new radio chip is not a logo job. The sample should be tried in a car, or at least on a bench supply, because a photo cannot show hiss. This card's range is an indicative ex-works band for a common lighter-plug unit before freight and any radio or automotive claim you intend to print. Do not promise a clean signal in every city. FM is crowded, and that is a product limit, not a copy line.

The failure mode is audible. A short in-car sample tells you more than a catalog photo.

What to specify

Power: 12V lighter socket. Say if 24V truck use is in scope
Band: FM range must match the country you will ship to
Hands-free: Some units have a microphone. Test a call, do not assume it
Charge: If a USB port is present, write the amps you will print
Display: Frequency readout. Check that it matches the station you set

Customization and private label

Logo, faceplate color, and the printed frequency instructions are common. The radio section should stay on the sampled platform.
