What this product is

A portable thermal label printer sits between electronics and packaging. The buyer is usually a small shipper who wants barcodes without a desktop machine. The sourcing risk is not the white shell. It is the print width, the dots per inch, the Bluetooth stack, and whether labels of the width you will sell actually feed. Many Shenzhen platforms offer this as a private-label unit: your name on the boot screen or the sticker, their mechanism. A new tear bar or a new width is a different machine. The cell, if the unit is cordless, needs the same honesty as any lithium product. A USB-only version is simpler and should be quoted separately. This card shows an indicative ex-works band for a common 50 to 80 millimeter portable platform before freight, a stack of labels, and any battery paperwork. Print a barcode on the sample and scan it. A dark square that will not scan is not a label printer.

Width: State maximum label width in millimeters
Print: Direct thermal. Name DPI. There is no ink cartridge
Link: Bluetooth, USB, or both. Say which the app needs
Power: USB powered or a lithium pack. Do not mix the two quotes
Media: Gap labels or continuous. The sample must feed the one you will sell

Customization and private label

A housing sticker, boot name, and carton are typical. Print width and DPI should be taken from the platform.
