A roll-up dish rack is a home product for a small sink: coated wires or silicone bars that span the basin and roll into a tube when the counter is needed. The sourcing question is the span, the coating, and whether the feet grip when the rack is wet. Factories that already make this item can change color and a logo on the end cap or the storage tube. A wider span can mean a different wire length, so put minimum and maximum sink widths in the brief. Stainless versus coated steel changes both price and the rust story you are allowed to tell. The sample should be loaded with wet plates, rolled, and unrolled. A rack that kinks will not be a gift people keep.
