On 2 October 2026, liner analytics firm Linerlytica reported that PIL (Pacific International Lines) and X-Press Feeders will launch a new China Singapore Malaysia (CSM) service, also called North China X-Press (NCX).
The rotation connects Xingang (Tianjin), Qingdao, Xiamen, Singapore, Port Klang, Penang and Nansha (Guangzhou) before returning to Xingang. The service will turn in 28 days using 4 ships of 2,400 to 3,500 TEU.
The first sailing is the 3,566 TEU KOTA MANIS, starting at Xingang on 27 October 2026.
For China sourcing, the loop links three major manufacturing regions (North China, Fujian and the Pearl River Delta) directly with Singapore and the main Malaysian ports, which is useful for buyers serving Southeast Asian markets or using Singapore as a transshipment hub.
