What this product is

A water leak sensor earns its place the second time it gets wet. The first beep on a dry bench is easy. Probe metal that dulls after one soaking, and then misses the next puddle, is the factory risk worth sampling. Ask whether the probe is on a lead or built into the puck, what alloy is in the contacts, and whether the alert is a local sound, an app notice, or both. White-label Wi-Fi boards for this job already exist. A logo and a short card are the usual private-label edits. A private cloud is not a sticker. Say in the brief what the unit should do when the cell is low, because a silent sensor is worse than a noisy one. Soak the sample, dry it fully, and soak it again before anyone approves a lot. Condensation on a cold floor can mimic a leak, so the sensitivity you print has to be the sensitivity you tested. This card is an indicative ex-works band for a common probe unit before freight. Wi-Fi paperwork and any cell in the puck are not inside it.

Why it is interesting

The second wetting is a clear sample test, which makes probe quality easier to judge than a sealed radio claim.
A lead-style probe and a puck-style probe are different builds, so the brief can keep quotes on one of them.
